Make An Offer
I’ll help you craft a competitive offer by analyzing market data, evaluating the home’s value, and considering your needs. Together, we’ll determine the right price and terms to give you the best chance of securing your ideal home.
Negotiate/Execute Contract
I’ll guide you through the entire home-buying process, breaking down each step and explaining all the variables involved. My goal is to simplify what can feel overwhelming, so you feel confident, informed, and prepared every step of the way.
Under Contract
Once you and the seller agree on the price and terms, the home goes under contract. This marks a major milestone, and I’ll ensure all next steps—like inspections, appraisals, and paperwork—are clearly explained and handled efficiently.
Inspections
I’ll attend the home inspection with you, carefully review the report, and help prepare a clear repair request. From there, I’ll negotiate with the seller on your behalf to address any concerns and ensure your interests are protected.
Appraisal & Title Work
Your lender will order the appraisal and help collect necessary documents. I’ll guide you through the appraisal and title process, addressing any issues along the way. The title company will ensure the home has a clear, marketable title for closing.
Preparing For Closing
Before closing, we’ll do a final walk-through to ensure the home is in agreed-upon condition. If needed, I’ll coordinate re-inspections and resolve any last-minute issues to ensure a smooth, stress-free transition to your new home.
Closing
Closing day is when ownership transfers and funds are exchanged. I’ll be there to ensure documents are signed properly, everything runs smoothly, and you get the keys, celebrating the exciting moment you become a homeowner.
